Welcome to Gaywood House Surgery in Bedminster, Bristol.

The surgery is located on the ground floor of Gaywood House.  Patients and visitors arriving by car gain access to the car park from Gladstone Street, to the rear of the flats.

Surgery opening times:
Routine appointments are available Monday to Friday 09.00-18.00 and extended hours available Monday evening, Tuesday morning and Thursday morning and evening.

Reception is open Monday to Friday 08.30-18.30 for appointment booking and enquiries.

We also have a Saturday surgery each month, usually the second Saturday of the month in the morning. The surgery will be shut for regular services access only for patients who have booked an appointment.

Please note that with all our extended hour surgeries entrance to Gaywood House surgery will be via intercom only, we are not able to let anyone into the building unless they have a pre-booked appointment.

Out of Hours:
When the surgery is closed you can telephone 111 for medical assistance. This call is free from both landline and mobile phones.

If you have a minor illness such as a simple infection and require advice, or minor injuries such as cuts, lacerations and burns you can use the South Bristol Urgent Care Centre. The unit can also perform sexual health screening and provide emergency contraception:
